Wayne Thornton Mitchell

Wayne Thornton Mitchell, age 72 of Union Hall, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Mitchell and parents, Silas and Mary Mitchell. Surviving are his daughter, Teresa Mitchell Green (Barry); granddaughters, Tina and Mary Green; sister, Patsy Cadd; nephew, John Sawyer (Dena); and several friends and other family members. A graveside service will be conducted at the Housman Family Cemetery, 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Memorials may be made to assist with final expenses.
