William C. Frith, age 71, of Pass Christian, MS, died Thursday, February 19, 2009.
He was born April 10, 1937, in Rocky Mount, VA, the son of the late Cecil and Catherine Coleman Frith.
He is survived by his wife, Penny Frith; children, Cecil Lee Frith, Susan and Darrel Harvey, Uni and Peter Joo; grandchildren, Erin Frith, Jonathan Joo, and Daniel Joo; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Johnny Parcell.
There will be no prior visitation.
Graveside services will be conducted from Franklin Memorial Park 3 p.m. Sunday, February 22, 2009 with Chaplin Joe Collins officiating.
Memorial services will be conducted from the Church of the Good Shepard, E Spy, Past Christian, Mississippi 1 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2009.
