William Morris Webb

William Morris Webb, of Callaway passed on to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at the age of 82. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ethel Handy Webb; son, Morris Daniel Webb; brothers, Warren & Lloyd; and sisters, Bernice Cook, Geneva Goode, and Ruby Woods. He is survived by daughter, Dena Webb Jefferson; sons, Ronald, Allen, and Larry; grandchildren, Courtney, Amber, Jesse, Phillip and Samantha; and great-grandchild, Jaridan. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and spending time with his friends at the local McDonalds & Hardees in Rocky Mount, VA. He was a member of the Greater Vision Church and he served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was well loved by family and friends and will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
