Deborah Ann Monastra

Deborah Ann Monastra (Debbie), age 74 of Hardy passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Jackie McFarland. Surviving Deborah are her husband, Salvatore Monastra; children, Jason McFarland Monastra, David McFarland Monastra and Jessica McFarland Monastra; also several grandchildren. She was born in Bar Harbor, Maine and was a Licensed Practical Nurse. Debbie was a member of Halesford Baptist Church where services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2024 with Pastor Melvin Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount/Smith Mountain Lake.
