Kenneth Earl Garber

Kenneth Earl Garber, age 83 of Wirtz, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Margie Montgomery Garber; son, Eric Garber and wife Loretta; daughter, Tonia Garber Martin and husband James Martin III; grandchildren, Matthew, Jonah, Hannah and Isaac Garber, James Martin IV; great-granddaughter, Willow Garber; brothers, Jerry and Vera Garber, Larry Garber; in-laws, Melvin Lesher, Gerald and Martha Montgomery, Norman and Deborah Montgomery, Etta Montgomery; several nieces and nephews and other significant friends of the family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Louise Boone Garber; an infant daughter; brother, Donald Garber; sister, Marilyn Lesher; sister-in-law, Lilian Garber; in-laws, Roy and Velma Altice Montgomery, Melvin Montgomery, and Gary Montgomery. A graveside service will be conducted at Oak Hill Old German Baptist Brethren Church Cemetery, 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 29, 2021 with the Home Brethren officiating. His family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the church (101 Elam Lane, Boones Mill, VA 24065). Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
