Randy David Matthews

Randy David Matthews, age 70 of Penhook, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020.  He retired from Times Fiber in Chatham, VA with more than 35 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Allen and Martha Matherly Matthews; brothers, Merritt, Allen, Wesley, Wade and Richard, and sister, Emily Jefferson. Surviving are his sisters, Norma M. Ramsey, Judy M. Reynolds, Ann Haskins (Ronnie), Bonnie Reynolds (Sammie); several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 2, 2020 at Forrest Hill Christian Church with Minister,  Wayne Keith officiating. Interment will follow in the Church  Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 the services will be limited to family and close friends.
