Freddie Ray Moran

Freddie Ray Moran, age 75 of Ferrum, formerly of Patrick County, passed away Friday, May 29, 2026 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Patrick County on September 9, 1950 to the late Nannie Lou Turner and James Joseph (Joe) Moran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Otis, Hazel and Gladys. Surviving are his sister, Alva Rogers of Clarksville, TN and many special friends.
